In rare cases, the Chromebox displays the six-digit pairing code on a blue background screen and prompts users to navigate to my.wondersign.com to activate the device. These Chromeboxes were enrolled into an account other than Catalog Kiosk app (i.e. digital poster board, and ambient TV).

The correct Wondersign Catalog Kiosk App pairing code screen is grey and prompts users to navigate to my.catalogkiosk.com to activate the device (see below).
