Access the Checkout Options

The cart icon appears in the top right side of the header bar. If there are contents in the cart then the number of items will be indicated in red.

NOTE: The icon may be different if you have changed the cart to a basket, favorites, or wishlist. This article will use "cart" for reference.

Your guests can follow the steps below to access the checkout options.

1. Tap the Cart icon to access the Shopping cart.

2. Tap the Proceed to Checkout button.

There are 4 checkout options your guests can use based on how your account is configured.

  • Instant Checkout: This checkout method is available If your kiosk has an attached credit card terminal.
  • Apply For Financing: Allows your guests to apply for consumer financing through Wondersign's financing waterfall / credit cascade.
  • In-Store Checkout: Your guest's order will be sent to one or multiple email addresses in the store to finalize. By default, this is the selected checkout method.
  • Mobile Checkout: This checkout method is used if your app is connected to a compatible e-commerce store, for example using BigCommerce or Shopify.

Your guest can follow the steps below depending on how they would like to check out.

Instant Checkout

If your kiosk features an attached credit card terminal your guests can use the Instant Checkout steps below.

1. Tap the Instant Checkout button.

2. Enter the Personal Details information.

  • First Name (Required)
  • Last Name (Required)
  • Email Address (Optional)
  • Phone Number (Required)
  • Sales Associate (Optional)
  • Notes (Optional)

3. Tap the Next button.

4. Enter the Shipping information.

  • Address Line 1. (Required)
  • Address Line 2. (Optional)
  • City (Required)
  • Zip Code (Required)
  • Select the State from the dropdown menu. (Optional)

5. Tap the Next button.

6. Review the Order Summary for accuracy. Please note that the Catalog Kiosk application automatically adds sales tax to the order total.

7.  Read the terms of service and tap the box to indicate the terms of service have been read and agreed to. (Required.)

8. Tap the Continue To Payment button.

9. Follow the instructions on the card reader, located on the right side of the kiosk.

You will receive an email with the contents of the shopping cart including order details, such as the associated SKUs as well as the consumer's information.

Apply for Financing

If your guests are interested in financing their purchase, they can follow the steps below.

1. Tap the Apply for Financing button.

2. Fill out the form that opens.

  • Enter the First Name. (This is a required field.)
  • Enter the Last Name. (This is a required field.)
  • Enter the cell phone number in the Phone Number field. (This is a required field.)
  • Enter an Email address. (This is an optional field.)
  • Enter the Sales Associate. (This is an optional field.)

3.  Scroll through the terms of service to read them in full and tap the box to indicate the terms of service have been read and agreed to. (This is required.)

4. Tap the Submit button.

NOTE: A text message will be sent to the mobile device, which will include a link to begin the financing application.

5. Check the mobile device for the text message and click the link provided to begin the application.

Your guests should receive a credit decision in less than 90 seconds with the results displayed on their mobile device. The store will also receive an email with the credit decision and credit limit.

Assist your guest with adding more items to the cart, to really benefit from the full amount they have been approved for.

In-Store Checkout

If your guests would like to finalize the order with a sales associate then the following steps can be followed.

1. Tap the In-Store Checkout button.

2. Fill out the form that opens.

  • Enter the First Name. (Required)
  • Enter the Last Name. (Required)
  • Enter an Email address. (Optional)
  • Enter a Phone Number (Required)
  • Enter a Sales Associate (Optional)
  • Enter the Notes (Optional)

3.  Scroll through the terms of service to read them in full and tap the box to indicate the terms of service have been read and agreed to. (This is required.)

4. Tap the Submit button.

You will receive an email with the contents of the shopping cart including the associated SKUs as well as the contact information of the consumer. This is the default checkout option for Wondersign's Catalog Kiosk app.

Mobile Checkout

Stripe

Shopify and BigCommerce

Follow the steps below to complete the order via smartphone. This is if your account has been linked to a compatible e-commerce site. Supported integrations include Shopify and BigCommerce.

1. Tap the Mobile Checkout button.

Fill out the form that opens.

  • Enter the First Name. (Required)
  • Enter the Last Name. (Required)
  • Enter an Email address. (Optional)
  • Enter the Phone Number (Required)
  • Enter the Sales Associate (Optional)
  • Enter the Notes (Optional)

3.  Scroll through the terms of service to read them in full and tap the box to indicate the terms of service have been read and agreed to. (This is required.)

4. Tap the Submit button.

Your guest can now check out on their smartphone, using the connected e-commerce store. Have them follow the prompts on their phone to complete the order.
