This article explains how to use Zoom to co-browse with your customers, explore products remotely, and provide them with a uniquely personalized experience. 

1. If you do not have a Zoom account, navigate to the page to create an account and download the Zoom app.
2. Click the Sign Up, It's Free button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

3. Activate your Zoom account. 

4. Upon activation, create your name and password. 

5. To download the Zoom app, click Host a Meeting at the top of the screen.

6. Download the app.

7. Use the Share Screen icon to share your screen, and the Invite button to invite your customers. 

8. Select the Catalog Kiosk desktop app or share your entire screen. 

9. Enjoy a remote walkthrough of your product line with your customer.
