Overview
The Analytics page will allow you to learn what customers are looking for when they’re in your store, and it allows you to make better decisions on product placement on your floor. This information is a powerful tool for increasing sales in your store.
This article outlines how the data that can be accessed from the Catalog App Manager's Analytics Page

The Dashboard will provide you with an overview of customer activity on all devices.
Step 1
In your web browser, go to my.catalogkiosk.com and sign in using your email address and password.
Step 2
Navigate to the Analytics tab from the Navigation pane, and choose Dashboard:

Once on the Analytics page, high level data regarding kiosk usage can be viewed. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page for full details:

To view the details of a specific kiosk, click on the Device drop-down arrow and select the device name from the list:

To view kiosk usage information from a specific time-frame, click on the Time Frame Selector and select the requested time frame from the drop-down list.:

Once the desired device(s) and timeframe is selected, the Analytics page will provide information such as:
- Most popular categories on the kiosk
- Most frequently searched for items
- Kiosk usage by day
- Amount of emails and text messages sent from the kiosk by day

Navigate to the Analytics tab from the Navigation pane, and choose Kiosk Usage:

To view the details of a specific kiosk, click on the Devices drop-down and select the device name from the list:

To view kiosk usage information from a specific time-frame, click on the Time Frame Selector and select the requested time frame from the drop-down list:

Once the desired device(s) and timeframe is selected, the Analytics page will provide information such as:
- Amount of products and/or categories viewed in the requested time frame
- Number of customers who browsed on the kiosk by day
- Amount of emails and text messages sent from the kiosk by day
Share and shop will provide you with detailed information on the emails and text messages that are sent from the kiosk.
Step 1
In your web browser, go to my.catalogkiosk.com and sign in using your email address and password.

Navigate to the Analytics tab from the Navigation pane, and choose Share & Shop:

To view the text message and email sent from a specific kiosk, click on the Devices drop-down and select the device name from the list:

To view email and text message information from a specific time-frame, click on the Time Frame Selector and select the requested time frame from the drop-down list:

The Analyze page provides the ability to export text message and email data into a CSV or XLS file. To export data, begin by choosing a specific date range:

Next, choose the format the data should be exported to:

Once the report is exported, the following data can be viewed:
- Type of Communication
- Date And Time
- Recipient
- Customer Name
- SKU
- Product Name
- Device Used
- Employee Name
- Comments
Please note: Depending on the local laws in effect at the location of your business you might not be allowed to use these email addresses and phone numbers for marketing purposes.
