Device is listed as "offline" although it is connected to the Internet

All media players and digital signage displays supported by Wondersign have internal storage space. If your device has previously received content, it will continue to play what was already downloaded. This ensures your device will never go dark.

If your device shows "Offline" (see screenshot below), the below instructions will help get the device connected again.


  1. Make sure that the device is connected to the internet properly. Follow This Link for instructions on connecting your device to a WiFi network.
  2. If device is connected to the internet, try restarting the device by unplugging the power cord from the device and plugging it back in it back in to restart. Once it is connected again, it will automatically check with Wondersign for new content.
  3. Try logging out of your Wondersign account and log back in. If it is connected properly, the device manager should now say "Connected".
