If your Android Media Player is displaying the Wi-Fi Symbol and not generating a code:
If you do not see a code for your Android-based Media Player, this means you have not successfully established a connection to the internet.
1. Check that your Ethernet cable is connected properly, has direct access to the internet, and is working properly. Try plugging the cable into your computer to make sure you can get on the internet.
2. Make sure that you are connected to the right wireless network. Please follow the instructions for properly connecting your Media Player to your Wifi network.
3. If neither of these work, try unplugging the power cord and plug it back in.
